View your BPI Europe Account online

FOR EXISTING EOL USERS

Given:

• You are already an existing BPI Expressonline user for your Philippines-based
  BPI, BPI Family Bank and/or BPI Direct accounts.
• You want to view your BPI Europe account balance and statement history via Expressonline.

Simple steps to follow:

1. Visit www.bpieuropeplc.com.
2. Click ONLINE BANKING button.
3. You will be redirected to www.bpiexpressonline.com.
4. Log in to expressonline using your existing username and password.
5. Under MY PORTFOLIO dropdown, click Enrol Additional Accounts.
6. Tick- - -  I am enrolling: Savings and Checking Accounts.
7. Click Continue.
8. Under ACCOUNT NUMBERS, fill in your 6-digit sort code (235441 or 232732), immediately followed by your 8-digit account number (no spaces nor dash/hyphen).
9. Click Submit.
10. Keep a record of the confirmation receipt.
11. Wait for an email advice from bpiexpressonline.  Normal turnaround time is 5 banking days.
12. Upon receipt of email confirmation advice, repeat Steps 1-4 above.  Your BPIE account should appear in your portfolio.
13. Advise us if you still cannot view your BPIE account online 5 banking days from the time you submitted your application.

Note: Initially, only the account balance and statement history  of your BPIE account will be available online.
           We will send another advice once online remittance is already functional.

FOR NEW EOL USERS

Given:

• You are an existing BPI Europe accountholder.
• You want to have online access to view your BPI Europe account balance and
  statement history via ExpressOnline.

Needed:

• You need to print the Express Online Registration Form at the end of the
  enrolment process.
• You need to post the signed enrolment form to BPI Europe.

Simple steps to follow:

1. Visit www.bpieuropeplc.com.
2. Click ONLINE BANKING.
3. You will be redirected to www.bpiexpressonline.com.
4. Click APPLY NOW-EXPRESS ONLINE.
5. Choose:  To enroll your BPI Europe account, click here .
6. Click I AGREE if you do.
7. Fill in all required information.
8. Under ACCOUNT NUMBERS, fill in your 6-digit sort code (235441 or 232732), immediately followed by your 8-digit account number (no spaces nor dash/hyphen).
9. Under CURRENCY, select GBP.
10. Under TYPE OF ACCOUNT, tick

    SAVINGS for STAR Savings, or
    CHECKING for STAR Current, or
    TIME DEPOSIT for STAR Plus Account.

11. Tick the Agreement Clause if you want to proceed.
12. Click SUBMIT.
13. The Express Online Registration Form for BPI Europe Clients document will appear.
14. Click PRINT/SUBMIT to print this document.
15. Affix your signature on the printed document.
16. Post the signed enrolment registration to:

    BPI EUROPE PLC (reference:  eol)
    26A & 27A  Earl’s Court Gardens
    London SW5 0SZ

17. Wait for an email advice from bpiexpressonline.  Normal turnaround time is 5 banking days.
18. Advise us if you still cannot view your BPIE account online 5 banking days from the time you submitted your application.
