How to pay-in to / deposit to / credit your BPI Europe GBP S.T.A.R. account:

1. Do an over-the-counter deposit at BPI Europe-Earl’s Court. Please do NOT make any CASH deposit to our Natwest or Barclays account.
2. Post us a cheque, payable to yourself.  Indicate your BPI Europe sort code and account number at the back of the cheque (subject to a 6-banking days clearing period).
3. Make a bank transfer/payment (online banking/telephone banking/personal banking) from your other UK Bank account to your BPI Europe account (subject to a 3-banking days clearing period).
4. Set up a Standing Order (STO) request from your other UK Bank account for regular transfers to your BPI Europe account.
5. Make a FASTER PAYMENT transaction from your other UK bank account to OUR account with Natwest.  Account Number 10007261, Sort Code 600004.  Indicate your BPIE sort code and account number as reference.  (subject to clearing within 2 hours and within BPIE business hours).

PLEASE NOTE: Your BPIE account will be credited as soon as we verify receipt of your funds/pay in. We will advise you of other pay-in options in due course.

How to withdraw from / debit against your BPI Europe GBP S.T.A.R. account:

1. Do an over-the-counter withdrawal at BPIE-Earl’s Court Office.  Advise us a day earlier if you needed to withdraw over GBP1,000.00.
2. Do a remittance transaction via BPI Europe ExpressOnline.
3. Instruct us to debit your BPIE STAR account in favour of a Philippine beneficiary via remittance transaction (regular remittance charges apply).
4. Instruct us to debit your BPIE STAR account and make an online bank transfer to YOUR OWN UK bank account (subject to a 3-banking days clearin period).
5. Instruct us to debit your BPIE STAR account and make a CHAPS/same day online bank transfer to YOUR OWN UK Bank account (subject to cut-off and charges).

How to do your remittance transactions (available to BPI Europe Accountholders only):

1. Via your BPIE STAR account:  over-the-counter or over-the-phone or via expressonline.
2. Over-the-counter at BPI Europe Earl’s Court:  Cash, Cheque (subject to clearing) or Debit/Credit Card.
3. Over-the-counter at BPI Europe Threadneedle:  Debit/Credit Card only.
4. By paying in to this account (internet transfer, telephone banking, personal banking or bank teller) with the following details:

   ACCOUNT NUMBER :    8093 2159
   BANK/BRANCH :            Barclays Bank Plc / Institutional Servicing               

IMPORTANT:

Ensure your NAME is always indicated as REFERENCE when you pay-in to this account.

Ring or email us immediately to confirm your transaction for processing.  Transaction will only be processed upon receipt both of your instruction AND funds.

Above account is for REMITTANCE TRANSACTION USE only.

DO NOT pay in cheques to this account.

Cash handling fees, where applicable, will be charged for pay-ins (cash or transfers) made thru a Barclays Bank Teller.

REMINDER: 

For certain types of transactions, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, additional documents on proofs of source of funds and purpose of remittance will be requested before processing of your remittance.
